Future Students: Come to an information session!
The School of Nursing offers information sessions for prospective students on a regular basis. Session cover an overview of our undergraduate nursing programs, application process, prerequisite course work, and a short tour. Students will also have an opportunity speak with an academic advisor about transfer credit and a plan for completing prerequisite course work. We encourage attendees to bring unofficial copies of any and all transcripts from UB and/or other institutions attended.
Click here to register for a session.
Students entering UB with transfer credit from other institutions may have already satisfied some of the nursing prerequisites and/or SUNY general education requirements. Equivalent courses may be found at http://taurus.buffalo.edu while courses not yet articulated in TAURUS may be evaluated for equivalency by the School of Nursing faculty. Please contact an academic advisor for assistance with coursework not appearing in TAURUS.
